Get On Stage w/ Ralph MacLeod
This class focuses on what it takes to be engaging, to have an audience enjoy your work. We work on controlling what YOU, the performer, can control. You can’t control being ‘funny’, you can’t control if an audience likes you, you can’t control being ‘good’ (a meaningless phrase) but we’ll focus on what you CAN control.
Experienced Improvisers Only. If you’re new to this class email to get permission to attend. The email is ralph@socap.ca. Those without sufficient experience will not be admitted. The class assumes a lot of knowledge/experience and if you don’t have it, it won’t be of value to you.

We work on a variety of formats, styles, etc.
We work on games, montages, Armandos, fully improvised plays, La Rondes, genre (including westerns, film noir, and more), beat prov, character… and much more.
There’s also a weekly show at 8:30 after the class. It’s not a Jam, it’s not automatically available to the students in this class, but the students in this class are the cast.
