The Resistance Improvised & Maddox’s Anti-Birthday

June 16 @ 7:00 pm

Maddox was born on Christmas Eve, but he’s a good son so he spends his birthday in church with his mom. To help his Atheist-ass not feel bitter about that, he celebrates an Anti-birthday party every summer with friends. For sake of efficiency, this will also be a Fringe Show fundraiser for The Resistance Improvised!

Join us and some of the funniest people in the city to play Jackbox party games on a projector and physical board games after, including The Resistance (on which our Fringe show is based. You could play it with the cast!) It will be tons of fun!

No presents required, in fact I might give some anti-birthday presents I pick-up from the dollar store to the most punctual guests! But if you are looking to support our show, we will accept donations and have a few items to raffle.

Jackbox starts at 7PM.
Boardgames around 8PM
Fun Times all night long!

*The Resistance Improvised:
Six rebels fight for freedom from an evil sci-fi dystopian government, but two in their midst are secretly traitors. Can they win back our freedoms or will suspicion and betrayal tear them apart from within.

Inspired by The Resistance board game. The traitors are so secret, even their fellow castmates don’t know who is sabotaging their covert missions. Audience can guess along from their seats or watch knowing all along. Despite the stakes, this improv comedy is filled with cyber-hackers, sentient traffic robots, cyborg sports-stars, and serious laughs.
